jag swim wear: the paper this morning promises rain this afternoon, and temps in the 70s wear tonight- i sure hope it's right! the last couple of days have been brutal- i didn't take out my client dogs the last two days, as they live in a/c, and i thought the heat would be too much for the labs. i have taken out my own guys, but stayed in the park proper and near the water. the older two pace themselves, but the baby butthead nearly gave herself heat stroke monday evening, she hadn't had a run since thursday (we drove to nj on friday for the jag trial), and the moment i unleashed her tore off at top speed to hunt. i think she'd have kept running till she keeled over; i had to leash her and *make* her rest twice. once the hunt was interrupted, she did at least have the sense to hop in the water and swim around till she cooled off.... and during agility class last night, she not only hopped in the the cool-off pool of her own voilition, but lay down and rolled, then stretched out flat with her hind legs straight back, and *swam* in four inches of water.
jag swim wear: iirc: yes, regular viewers knew cmdr lindsey. he's been around from the beginning. he was an aide to the original jag, the one in the pilot and early eps before adm. chegwidden. he's always been a real ass. also adm. chegwidden sat on the promotion board that didn't promote cmdr. lindsey, basically deadending his career. most recently he had engaged in a witchhunt to discredit jag. his plotting was uncovered by the secnav who had sent an swim wear undercover female agent (lt. cmdr. manetti, the oriental female) to work as a jag lawyer to check things out at jag hq. iirc, cmdr. lindsey did not appear any more in the original 2-parter than he did in the recompilation. however, the jag eps that featured lindsey's witchhunt appeared shortly swim wear before the current ep so there was continuity in the original scheme of things.
jag swim wear: new york -- the hallmark channel has engineered one of the most aggressive program buys in its history, agreeing to lay out a minimum of $36.2 million for rerun rights to paramount tv's "jag." "we really went after 'jag,' " said dave kenin, exec vp of programming for the hallmark channel. "it's a mainstream show with a loyal, swim wear established audience, and we might schedule it in combination with 'mash,' which is one of our successful series." swim wear
jag swim wear: kenin wouldn't discuss license fees, but hallmark will pony up about $200,000 per episode to get the 181 hours of "jag" for two runs a day, in primetime and latenight. contract begins in january 2005 and runs for 7â½ years. hallmark also has agreed to buy any episodes beyond the swim wear 181 that constitute the show's output in its weekly run on cbs through the 2003-04 season.
